rationale rules A1–A37: reference-library comparison, morfo/sema event
audit, provider + state classes, createAttrs/createParts, keyboard,
focus, ARIA wiring, langs, tests (incl. the permutation runner), the eidos
wrapper hand-off, and the archetype-canon banner (RTL · i18n · composition ·
portal-safe typography).
