palabras(menubar): el popover de escape bloquea la barra de debajo (modal, overlay transparente)

El popover era no-modal: con el abierto, la barra/menu de debajo seguia viva
(se abrian menus al pasar el raton, click-through). Ahora Popover modal + un
Popover.Overlay TRANSPARENTE: captura el puntero (bloquea la barra y el
hover-open de debajo) SIN oscurecer (el editor se sigue viendo). Clic fuera
cierra (interactOutsideBehavior=close). Verificado en Chrome real: el elemento
en el trigger de Diseno es el overlay (no el trigger); overlay rgba(0,0,0,0);
clic fuera cierra.
