palabras(menubar): Ajustes — sliders a 2 columnas cómodas, reset compacto

El auto-fit empaquetaba los 8 sliders en 4 columnas de 120px: las pistas
solapaban la etiqueta vecina y «Escala de grises» partía en dos líneas. Paso a
2 columnas fijas de ~256px (el ancho legible de un slider), y el «Restablecer»
compacto a la derecha en vez de una barra a todo el ancho abajo. Sin scroll
(450px, cabe a 800 y 900).
