The session of 5 October closes with its context nearly full. The handoff
says how to start the next one (in the root, on Opus), the commit of each
repo, and that stage 2 of Dart was stopped before its agent wrote anything:
PLAN_dart.md keeps the brief to launch it again, and stage 3 follows, as
the author asked.

- datekeys-ts v0.10 at 289fe71, pushed: the rule of section 72, testdata
at 601e6d2, the reader of certificates and the texts of v0.12, with a
differential of 63,623 areas and no difference.
- datekeys-dart: the repository, stage 0 (5aa5eed) and stage 1 (da63bc3
to 10b0895), local; README and PLAN_dart.md say so, and that Flutter is
installed.
- Two decisions for the author: "with text" in section 29.7, and Node in
the gate of Dart.

PLAN_dart.md records the three decisions of the author (only
package:crypto, reading first, the package datekeys) and adds what the
first version, written on Sonnet, missed: PBKDF2 of 600 000 iterations to
open with a key of words, scrypt for the files of author keys, the Unicode
tables from the Go generator, and that the stage of signatures waits for
the vectors of the branch v0.12. PLAN_firma_go.md marks as superseded the
omission of verification_metadata with a locator, which the approved spec
keeps (43).
