The tag also fixes spec/datekeys.cddl, the reference implementation and
the shared vectors and fixtures of testdata/. Spec §76 records every
normative change since v0.8.1 with its reproducible case: the extension
format, the refinements, the amendment on point canonicality and the
two rounds of the formal review.
This tag names a version of the specification, not of the Go module.
