Normative draft v0.16 of 7 October 2026, approved by its author on that
date. spec/DateKeys_Protocol_Specification_v0.16.md, SHA-256 of its LF
bytes:

The tag also fixes spec/datekeys.cddl, the reference implementation and the
shared vectors and fixtures of testdata/. v0.16 answers the review of v0.15
by Astra: a valid seal proves that it came before the opening date only when
its token carries accuracy, and otherwise gives its reason; the recovery
annex derives a key of words without DateKeys software, and allows a full
last chunk of age; a signature with certificates keeps the chains without
their roots and the OCSP responses that fit, and the writer says what it
leaves out; and drand's JSON is read strictly. No format changes. Spec
section 76 records each change with its reproducible case. The
specification is licensed CC-BY-ND-4.0.
This tag names a version of the specification, not of the Go module.
