The tag also fixes spec/datekeys.cddl, the reference implementation and the
shared vectors and fixtures of testdata/. v0.15 covers the long-term
recovery of capsules: the release object, the format a cache service, a
Release Cache, an archive and a caller's file share, checked against the
chain hash of the pinned profile at step 10; step 9.c only before a network
request, so that a release in hand is not compared with the local clock;
archives and cache services that keep the releases of all rounds; what the
writer and the SDK keep; and an informative annex (section 79) to open a
capsule without DateKeys software. A release saved next to its capsule was
considered and dropped. No format of .dkc or .dkk changes. Spec section 76
records each change with its reproducible case.
This tag names a version of the specification, not of the Go module.
