The tag also fixes spec/datekeys.cddl, the reference implementation and the
shared vectors and fixtures of testdata/. v0.12 fixes what the review of the
implementation of v0.11 found on 2 October 2026: the names of certificates
and the authority of each seal in the verdicts, a profile of the
certificate field by field, the holder by givenName and surname, the rules
of the addresses and of the padding of the locator, and errata. No format
changes: a v0.11 reader opens its capsules. Spec section 76 records every
normative change since v0.11 with its reproducible case.
This tag names a version of the specification, not of the Go module.
