The tag also fixes spec/datekeys.cddl, the reference implementation and the
shared vectors and fixtures of testdata/. v0.11 defines what v0.10 reserved
in the security area of format 3: the author signature, with an Ed25519 key
of one's own (alg 1) or with X.509 certificates in CMS with a CAdES-T
timestamp for each signer (alg 2), and the RFC 3161 time seal. It fixes the
area at 32 KiB, adds the key of words, the public note and the extension
datekeys.capsule of the .dkk, with its locator and its envelope. No format
changes: a v0.10 reader opens its capsules. Spec section 76 records every
normative change since v0.10 with its reproducible case.
This tag names a version of the specification, not of the Go module.
